Before You Renovate
Make the Design Decisions Before Construction Makes Them for You
A focused design service for homeowners preparing for a renovation, remodel or significant update who want professional design direction before expensive commitments are made.
Ideal for: kitchen or bathroom renovations, removing or changing walls, flooring decisions, cabinetry, tile, stone, plumbing and lighting selections, contractor layouts and other high-impact choices.
We review your plans, priorities, inspiration and existing conditions to identify opportunities, conflicts and decisions that affect function, proportion, flow and the completed design.
Your contractor solves construction. Your designer helps make sure the completed space works and feels connected.
This service does not replace architectural, engineering, permitting or licensed contractor services where required.
